On the Days You Did Not Achieve Anything

The Days That Slip By Without Marking You
Some days you wake up and by nightfall the list is the same as it was at breakfast.
Nothing crossed off. Nothing built. Nothing won.
You sit on the edge of the bed and the day is asking you to feel bad about itself.
What Your Body Is Asking For Instead
There is something underneath the guilt. A simpler thing.
The body still wants warmth.
The hands still want to hold something.
The mouth still wants a slow taste.
These are not failures of productivity. They are the body, still asking for the small things that keep it human.
Cacao On A Day Like This
Raw cacao does not care what you got done.
It does not need you to earn it with a workout or a finished project or a hard conversation.
You put a small piece on your tongue. It warms before it dissolves. The heat reaches your chest about thirty seconds in. Your shoulders move down by a quarter inch and you do not notice them moving.
That is the whole event.
What Slowness Is For
The world is built to make a day like this feel wasted.
A piece of cacao on a day like this is the opposite of wasted. It is the body being met without being asked to perform first.
You are not being productive. You are being a person. The cacao is on your side for that.
Tomorrow Is Tomorrow
The list will still be there when you sleep.
It will be there when you wake.
But for now, on this quiet day, your only job is to warm a little, hold a little, taste a little.
Erosa is for that. The Slow Room you build inside yourself on days you did nothing.
That is enough.
